Submit personally or thru courier the original copy and photocopies of the documents listed in your Confirmation Documents to the PUP Santa Rosa Campus Admission and Registration Office (drop box available at the guard house).

Good afternoon po. Paano po kapag hindi nakapagpasa on or before schedule po? Bukas na po kasi sched ko ‘yong iba ko pong requirements nirerequest pa o sa dati kong school. Pwede po kaya kahit before October 15? Since yon naman po nakalagay sa confirmation slip? Salamat po.

good evening po. akala ko po ba hanggang october 15 pa po? bukas palang po kasi ako kukuha ng form 137 sa school ko since ang sabi niyo po bukas palang makakakuha ng request letter po para sa form 137, eh bukas na po yung schedule ko.

Sana naman po maayos niyo to ASAP ang sabi niyo po kasi pwede ON or BEFORE October 15, tapos bigla po naging on or before ng downloading ng reg form namin. Which is ngayon po yun. Thank you!

The TERM USED WAS “Advised Yes will still accept until Oct 15..
But to be considered Officially Enrolled, NEED ma-submit lahat ng Admission Requirements and as posted:

Pwede pa po kaya maihabol kung bukas maipapadala or sa isang araw kasi magrerequest po sa previous school ng mga kulang ko pa po na documents?
