  • LATE REPORTING & CORRECTION OF ENTRY
    • Mix grades with “not set”, “P”, numeric and non numeric grades:
    • CASE 1: Students with “not set”, accomplish completion form via “Late Reporting”
      • Requirements:

  1. Need po ba mag-pagawa ng Affidavit ng Faculty concerned? – According to Univ. Registrar Dr. Sarmiento, need po ng affidavit of change of grades plus class record pag Correction of Grade (numeric to other numeric, Passing numeric grade to Failed/Dropped/Withdrawn, or
    Failed/Dropped/Withdrawn to Passing numeric grade)
  • CASE 1: some students’ grades are with “not set” some are with grades – pag may mixed numeric grades-di na po pede ireopen gradesheet, NOT SET-need po ng Late Reporting of grades with attached copy of class record
  • CASE 2: All entries are ALL “Not Set” – pede pong irequest dto sa ICTO ng reopening of grade sheet para ang faculty ang mgencode

  1. Need po ba ng students mag bayad ng fee? – Completion of Grade lang po ung may bayad ( From INC to New Grade).

  1. Pano po gagawin namin if gusto namin na mapalitan na ng 5 yung grade namin na naka INC. Paso na po dapat yun last sem kaso naglabas ng memo ng di pwedeng magbigay ng failed grades kaya naka INC pa din po ngaun ung subject. Plano po sana namin na maitake yung subject ngayong semester sa PUP Sta Mesa Manila kaso INC pa po kaya di pa po kami makapag enroll ngayong sem
