Campus Client/Visitor Appointment Scheduling System

• GET TICKET CODE
  Contact the specific office/transaction/services at bit.ly/cvasscontactv1

• OPEN CVASS LINK
  Open the link sent to your email or visit bit.ly/cvass2021v2

  • ENTER APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
    Create/Set Appointment with a valid ticket code

  • SUBMIT APPOINTMENT
    Submit your appointment request and wait for the confirmation thru email

• RECEIVE NOTIFICATION /CONFIRMATION
  Status, updates and notification will be sent to your registered email address. You may also monitor the status of your request at bit.ly/3nEJCXk

• VERIFY APPOINTMENT STATUS
  If your request has been confirmed, the status of your appointment will be marked as approved. You can check the status at bit.ly/3nEJCXk

• RECEIVE GATE PASS
  A Gate Pass will be sent to your registered email a day or two before your appointment date.

• VISIT CAMPUS
  Show the Email Confirmation /Gate Pass and a valid ID to the PUPSRC Security Personnel. You are not allowed to enter the Campus premises if you do not have an Email Confirmation /Gate Pass
