2. Please sign the PAYROLL extended until December 13, 2021 at the Scholarship Office, 2nd floor, PUPSRC – BRING YOUR OWN BLUE BALLPEN.

3. Landbank Personal Savings Account Number (via Google Form 👇)

*For NEW TDP-TES Grantees you must open Landbank Personal Savings Account.

4. Please secure an approved appointment via CVASS (get your ticket code 👇)
