ADVISORY ON THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION AND TOGA PICTURE FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS FOR YEAR-END GRADUATION, AY 2020-2021

Please be informed that the Application for Graduation for the Main Campus and all Branches and Campuses will start on June 10 to July 10, 2021.     

After filling out the application, you are advised to upload a 2 x 2 picture wearing toga.  Please upload your picture wearing toga at gradpic.starosa@pup.edu.ph The deadline for uploading of picture wearing toga is July 31, 2021

This is to remind you though that uploading of toga picture does not guarantee the approval of your Application for Graduation.

Please be guided by the following colors and sample toga photo based on your program, placement of the tassel, and the size of the picture.

  1. The photograph should be in color and 2×2 inches (51×51 mm) in size.
  2. The photo-print should be clear and with a continuous-tone quality.
  3. It should have full face, front view (correct head size and head position, center head within frame, no hair in front of the hood for girls)
  4. The background should be plain white (There should not be any distracting shadows on the face or on the background.)
  5. Photo must be in JPEG (.jpg) file format.
  6. It must be 600×600 pixels in dimension.
  7. Must be of high quality (No Visible Dot Pattern, Properly Focused, Non- Discernible Pixels)
