  • RECEIVE NOTIFICATION /CONFIRMATION

  • VERIFY APPOINTMENT STATUS
    If your request has been confirmed, the status of your appointment will be marked as approved. You can check the status at bit.ly/3nEJCXk

  • RECEIVE GATE PASS
    A Gate Pass will be sent to your registered email a day or two before your appointment date.

  • VISIT CAMPUS
    Show the Email Confirmation /Gate Pass and a valid ID to the PUPSRC Security Personnel. You are not allowed to enter the Campus premises if you do not have an Email Confirmation /Gate Pass

What is the Campus Visitors Appointment
Scheduling System (CVASS)?
The CAMPUS Visitors Appointment Scheduling System (CVASS) is an online system that will enable the PUPSRC Clients and Visitors to request for an appointment prior to going to the University.
What are the requirements to use the CVASS?•A working computer or mobile phone with internet access
•A web browser
•A valid and active email address to receive notifications
When is the implementation of CVASS?On March 22, 2021, all PUPSRC Clients and Visitors are required to have an approved appointment prior to going to PUPSRC Campus. Starting today, you may request for an appointment online to different Offices.
How can I access the CVASS?You may access the CVASS thru this link bit.ly/cvass2021v2
Who can request for an appointment?All PUPSRC Clients and Visitors who will avail services offered by the different Colleges and Offices shall request for an appointment. The PUPSRC Clients and Visitors are the following:
• PUPSRC Students
• PUPSRC Alumni
• Students form other Universities/Colleges/Schools
• Parents/Relatives/Guardians of PUPSRC Students/Alumni
• Company Representatives
• General Public
How does the CVASS work?PUPSRC Clients and Visitors who will request for appointment should follow these
steps:
1. To get an appointment ticket code, contact the specific office at bit.ly/cvasscontactv1
2. Go to bit.ly/cvass2021v2
3. Set appointment using a ticket code.
4. Submit your appointment request and wait for the email confirmation.
5. Request confirmation will be sent to your registered email. You may also constantly monitor the status of your request thru this link bit.ly/3nEJCXk
6. If your request was approved, the status of your appointment will be tagged to the “Approved” list.
7. Answer the Health Declaration Form located at the entrance.
8. Show the Email Confirmation/Gate Pass and a valid ID to the PUPSRC Security Personnel. You will not be allowed to enter the University premises if you do not have an Email Confirmation/Gate Pass.

What should I do if I am already in the PUPSRC gate and I do not have an appointment request?The PUPSRC Security Personnel will not allow you to enter the PUPSRC premises. We highly recommend to set your appointment request a day before your schedule appointment.
What should I do if my appointment request was disapproved?You may request for another appointment schedule if your initial request was disapproved. The College/Office administrator will recommend a date when the appointment shall be set.
Do I need to print the Email Confirmation/Gate Pass?No, you may just download the Email Confirmation/Gate Pass in your phone and show it and your valid ID to the PUPSRC Security Personnel. You are not required to print the Email Confirmation/Gate Pass.
Am I allowed to bring a companion?No, only the PUPSRC Client or Visitor who requested for an appointment shall be permitted to enter the PUPSRC premises. If the companion has an official transaction, he/she needs to request for an appointment thru the CVASS.
What should I do if I was not able to show up on my scheduled appointment date?You may request for another appointment schedule if you were not able to show up on your initial request. Not showing up on your scheduled appointment date is strongly discouraged.
Can I request for an appointment to different Colleges/Offices on a single date?Yes, you are encouraged to request for a single appointment date to all the Colleges/Offices you need to visit.
Can I request for an appointment if I don’t have an email?No, you need a valid and active email address. Notifications like request confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Am I allowed to wander around the University after my appointment?No, you are required to immediately leave the University premises after your transaction.
Can I request an appointment for my friend/relative using my email account?No, they need to register using their own email to request for an appointment. You should not share your email account to anyone.
What will I do if I did not receive an email notification for the approval of my request?Make sure that you are using the same email you registered in creating an appointment. You may also check the Spam/Junk folder of your email. Or you may constantly check your appointment status at bit.ly/3nEJCXk
I received an email from the OUR / notification from the ODRS that my requested document is ready for release, do I still need to request for an appointment?Yes, you are required to request for an appointment. The concerned office wil provide your appointment ticket.
I am an Employee/Faculty of PUP, do I still need to request for an appointment if I have an official transaction in the University?No, CVASS is for external Clients only.
Can I come early/late to my appointment?You are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the set appointment. All PUPSRC Visitors will be subjected to University Health Protocols before you are permitted to enter the University premises. You are discouraged to arrive late to the set appointment.
Can I set an appointment on the same day of my request?No, all request shall be made at least day before the requested appointment date.
What will I do if I was not able to answer the Health Declaration Form?You will not be permitted to enter the University Premises if you did not answer the Health Declaration Form.
What will I do if experience COVID19-like symptoms on the day of my appointment?If you have symptoms, immediately self-isolate and contact your local public health authority or healthcare provider. Wear a mask, stay at least 6 feet from others, wash your hands, avoid crowds, and take other steps to
prevent the spread of COVID19.
What will I do if I answered incorrectly in the Health Declaration Form?You may update the Health Declaration Form any time before your enter the Campus premises.
What will I do if I was not able to download the Email Confirmation?You will not be allowed to enter the University premises if you do not have an Email Confirmation/Gate Pass. You may download/save the Email Confirmation/Gate Pass any time before your scheduled appointment.
What will happen to my approved appointment if the date was declared a non-working day?All appointments scheduled on a declared non-working day will be automatically re-scheduled. To check your updated schedule visit bit.ly/3nEJCXk
Should I contact the College/Office/Official/Personnel before requesting an appointment?PUPSRC Clients and Visitors are strongly discouraged to go to the University. If possible, all concerns shall be addressed via phone call or email. You should schedule an appointment if you really need to go the University.
