Reminder: Only officially enrolled students can access the PUPSIS Module. After the assessment, your registration will be confirmed within 3-5 working days..
PUPSIS login and Certificate of Registration (CoR)
To download the Registration Form for officially enrolled Freshman students this A.Y. 2020-2021:
- Go to https://sisstudents.pup.edu.ph/
- Click Forgot Password
- Type the email address that you have used in the iApply registration.
- Click the Request new password button
- Check from your email’s Inbox/Spam/Junk folder for the system-generated username and password sent by the “PUPSIS Student Module”
- Go back to https://sisstudents.pup.edu.ph/
- Type the username as the Student Number, system-generated password, and the date of birth as entered during your iApply registration
- Click Sign in
- Click Enrollment, and click Certificate of Registration
- Download, save and print a copy of your Certificate of Registration
How to resolve “Email Not Found” Issue.
Please verify if you have entered the correct email address.
You may also request to update your Email Address by sending the following details to sisconcerns@pup.edu.ph:

Good day po hanggang ngayon na lang po ba Yung process ng pagtransfer ng change course?
Nag fill up po Kasi ako ng Change course Nung Sept 20, 2020 and then binuksan ko po muli pero ganun pa Rin po walang nangyari.

Hello po, yung about po sa request ko na pagchange ng email address. Nagsend po ako ng request noong sept 21, hanggang ngayon po wala pa din pong response kaya hindi pa din po ako maka-access sa SIS. Pa-follow up po sana para po makapag-download na ng certificate of enrollment need ko na po kase before oct 8 para sa scholar. Maraming salamat po.

How about naman po dun sa mga nagchange ng course/program anu po gagawin nila? akin po kasi di maopen since noong nagpost dito na kasama sa validation ngayung oct 1 yung mga nagchange po, pero di ko pa rin po macheck at maopen ung existing SIS ko po dati. Thank you po

Ahhm… officially enrolled na po dati pa po, my problem po is may existing account na po ako but pag inoopen ko po ayaw po nya mag open, so my question is anu po gagawin dapat po bang sundin yung instruction sa taas kahit nagawa ko na po yun dati?

Tanong ko lang po, bakit kapag nag llog in po ako sa sis nabalik lang po siya sa homepage nung “PUPSIS – Student Module” ?
Pero tama naman po yung nilalagay ko pong Student Number, Birthday at Password po..

Yes po Ma’am/Sir Officially Enrolled na po ako, at may pupsis acc na po ako pero recently hindi ko na po sa ma open untill now po kapag nag llog in po ako nabalik lang po sa “PUPSIS – Student Module”
Ano po dapat gawin?

Hello po good afternoon, until now oct 1 di pa rin po maaccess yung SIS account ko. Kapag po finoforgot pass, nagbaback lang sya and wala talaga narereceive sa email. Mag oct 5 na po di pa ko officially enrolled. Nakapagpasa na ko lahat ng requirements. 😦 ano po gagawin?

Hello po. Paano naman po yung mga freshman tulad ko na kahit anong gawing forgot password ay wala pa din? Hindi lang po yung “email not found issue ang problem ng site. Thank you po sa response.

Hello po. Ano po gagawin ko hindi ko po ma log-in yung PUPSIS acc ko Officially enrolled na naman po ako. Kapag po sinasign-in ko nabalik lang po sa homepage. Nakakailang try na po ako pero ganon pa din po. Salamat po.

Naka lagay po sa list sa pangalan ko is yes and naka log in na din po siya pero po pag i oopen ko na po ung sis email not found padin po.

Good day po enrolled na po ako yes po nakalog in po ako pero po bakit po wala po changes sa pupsis ko po nagfill up po ako nung request to change the course form.
